With the CE model we offer our customers an electronically controlled gross weigher.
Technical features:
- Verifiable electric scale control with automatic reset and automatic slip stream balancing
- Operation via touch folio, IP65 protection
- Digital display of set and actual weights, unit symbols, and error messages
- Direct suspension of the bag spout to 3 load cells
- No additional mechanical stabilizers
- Scales can be used universally, in solid frame for stationary suspension or ceiling or floor chassis
- Replaceable feeding systems for different products such as flap-feeder, belt, vibratory feeders or single or double auger feeder
- Dust-tight seal between the inlet part and bag spout
- Dustproof bag clamp jaws
- Connectors for on-site de-dusting
- Various product feed possible (depending on the product characteristics)
Area of application:
- For 10 kg - 50 kg in open bags
- Output up to 400 bags / hr for free flowing products
