Spin valve bag packer
Developed by NATRONAG, this bagging machine is particularly suitable for filling valve bags with bulk goods that are grainy, gritty crushed or shaped.
This machine is capable of valve bags for the weight range of 10 kg to 50 kg filled. There will be a machine performance up to 400 bags per hour depending on the flow charcteristics of the bulk material.
As a Filling system serves an endless, running on a grooved edge conveyor belt. The filling material is conveyed with great speed in the valve bag. Here, the structure of the contents received, it will not occur grain destruction.
The combination with a bag applicator and a sealing unit forms a useful additions.
Various designs
Depending of the flow characteristics and the structure of the bulk material, the filling of the machine is fed in different ways:
- Gravimetrically via a valve box
- Through a dosing belt or
- A vibrating chute
NATRONAG machine offers versions with gross and net weighing.
With net weighing, the material is already dosed by a net weigher locatet over the filling machine. It will be discharged through the filling machinehe into the valve bag.
When gross weighing the electronic weighing controller controls the filling process.
